OVERVIEW

Based on thorough and intensive observation and analysis,  IBE’s promoters identified several lacks, but at the same time, innovation opportunities, not just on a national basis but also on a world wide scale. This fact emerged from their activity as consultants and also from giving technical support to several Portuguese companies, through the accomplishment of modernization and innovation projects. This vision was the driving force behind the creation of IBE on May of 1991 and, still underlying its activity and strategy presently.
